Deliverables
The entire project strives to promote user-driven design and co-creative methods in collaborative development and the endusers
and other relevant target groups are included very intensively to the process to ensure correct premises while starting
the development work as well as the direct and accurate feedback.
Project design and implementation (wp1)
There will be a quality assurance plan and continuously conducted monitoring activities in every six months monitoring the
project management and implementation. Project monitoring will be supported by a peer evaluation from the LAB project
officer, who is not directly involved in the project execution. The steering committee have virtual follow-up meetings and
each partner prepares a progress report project's activities and results, feedback through surveys is preferred. An enquiry
for collecting data from the involved staff regarding the quality of project management and implementation is created and
issues like timely communication, usefulness and effectiveness of meetings, clarity of partners' tasks, availability and clarity
are assessed.
Identify and agree on the Methodologies for User-driven Sustainable Design and Agile Development (UDAD) to be used in collaborative teaching (wp2)
The main objective of the WP2 is collaborative development of an integrated, flexible methodology for developing userdriven
sustainable design, eco-design and system thinking competences. The methodology is validated in design of
sustainable service housing for elderly. The WP includes development of the implementation plan with content, teaching
methods and monitoring and assessment methods.
Develop and apply the collaborative teaching methods in the case of Sustainable Service Housing (wp3)
The main objective of the work package 3 is to practically apply the developed integrated, flexible methodology for
developing user-driven sustainable design and agile development skills in different teaching formats, as well as evaluate
and reflect its successes and identify the necessary improvements.
Impact & Dissemination (wp4)
The main objective of this WP is to ensure the highest possible impact of the project in the partner organisations as well as
on the national and European level. A primary impact expected is an improved development of the education by using the
integrated methodology in the partner organisations and the HEI. The exploitation of the project results is enhanced by good
communication and dissemination, so that all activities will be known with the highest possible visibility. Sharing results, best
practices, developed methodologies, outcomes and findings beyond the participating institutions enables a wider community
to benefit from a sUser, as well as to promote the sUser consortium efforts towards the objectives of Erasmus+, which
attaches fundamental importance to the link between Programme and current national and EU policies relevant for the
project scope.
