Fenna Rooijakkers

Fenna Rooijakkers is a lecturer and junior researcher at Avans University of Applied Sciences. With a background in Art, Communication and Design and in Healthy Ageing, she tries to combine health with the built environment from a design perspective. In doing so, she tries to inspire students to look further than the walls of their own profession and collaborate with different people who each have their own expertise. In the sUsers project, Fenna will mainly be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of the materials developed. To gain insight into this, students, teachers and commercial stakeholders will be questioned about the effectiveness of the teaching materials, the usability, to what extent this appeals and to what extent this matches the expectations of the collaborating companies in all participating countries.
