Kristiana Roth

Kristiana Roth is Assistant Professor for Marketing and Head of Innovation, Design & Marketing Department at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. Simultaneously, she holds the position of Managing Director at the Institute for Agile Transformation. Her research focuses on innovation management, particularly the effectiveness of design thinking. She also actively investigates diverse facets of agile transformation journeys in industrial companies and innovation facilitated by AI.

Beyond her academic role, Kristiana provides consulting services to industrial and service firms, guiding them in the implementation and scaling of agile frameworks.
