sUser project presented at the Conference Reflections on Transformation: Shaping the Future, Transcending Disciplinary Silos and Exploring ‘Lived’ Knowledge Systems, University of Graz, Austria
The sUser project was presented at the conference that was realized as a joint event of the COST Action CA21166 “Social Sciences and Humanities for Transformation and Climate Resilience – SHiFT” (https://shift-cost.eu/) with the MAGICA project (https://magica-project.eu/ ) and JPI Climate (https://jpi-climate.eu/ ).
This conference brought together a multitude of disciplines to develop different concepts, central to the need to transform society in the face of climate change, and the challenges this raises. With the aim to explore the transferability of transdisciplinary critical practice knowledge and skills within and beyond academia, as well as to explore different facets and versions of transformations (change, reform, revolution, transition etc, both in history and theory), the conference sought to transcend disciplinary silos by engaging with a plurality of knowledge systems and approaches to transformation.
