Vesna Cagić

Vesna Cagić Milošević (1970) graduated at The University of Belgrade – Faculty of Architecture. Since 1996, she has been employed at the Department of Architecture, since 2020 as a full professor.
Work on the several undergraduate and master courses – Undergraduate and Master Academic Studies in Architecture, Integrated single-cycle 5-year Studies in Architecture and Master Academic Studies in Interior Architecture.
Professional engagement in architectural practice is focused, primarily, on architectural and urban design and interior design. She is owner of architectural studio Vogaart.
She completed, independently or as a part of the author team, numerous of projects, more than 25 built projects of diferent tipolgies (residential, comercial, administrative) mostly in Belgrade, and numerous of interiors.
She has participated in and won awards in national and international architectural and urban planning competitions.
She has participated at a large number of national and international exhibitions and conferences in the field of architecture and urban planning.
The research work resulted in a large number of texts in anthologies, monographic publications and professional journals. She is the author of two monographic publications: Architecture – Creation in Space and Time (2009) and Laws for Architecture and Urban Planning in Serbia from 1945 to 2012 (2014). Regulation as a Component of the Design Process in Belgrade Residential Architecture (2019).
Actively participates in the work of domestic and international, professional organizations and their working bodies. 2013 – 2020 she has been the president of the Board of Directors of the Association of Belgrade Architects.
