Wil Mertens

Wil Mertens, a structural engineer and lecturer in mathematics and engineering at Avans University of Applied Sciences. I also work as a researcher at MNext, in the research group focused on biobased construction. In my role within this team, I am responsible for developing educational materials related to eco-materials. By consolidating the existing knowledge from various institutions and creating new materials when necessary, our aim is to enhance the overall understanding and expertise in the field of eco-materials. Prior Professional Background: I have worked 25 years as a structural engineer and project manager on a diverse range of projects.
